Appointments
We take pride in running on schedule and are successful at doing so most of the time. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment time that best suits your needs. Make every effort to arrive on time for your appointment and call us as soon as you can if you need to make a change.

Emergency Care
A limited amount of time is set aside each day for emergency care. Please call as early as possible so that we can accommodate your emergency without disrupting the normal schedule. If you have an emergency after hours, please call the office, for instructions on how best to reach the doctor. Try to have the phone number of your pharmacy handy when you call in case we need to call a prescription in.

Dental Insurance
If you have dental insurance, we will submit all forms and make every effort to maximize your benefits. We attempt to keep current with most plans and we appreciate your helping us by bringing in any new forms, cards or benefit booklets that explain any changes.

Recall
We believe in the importance of preventive dental care. As a service to our patients, we have adopted a customized recall program that best suits your needs. By detecting a problem in its early stage, we can often prevent more extensive work.
